This is the theme for the National Congress of Black Women, Inc. (NCBW) Space Coast Chapter’s Hattitude luncheon.  Jackie Brockington, channel 13 news anchor, was the delightful emcee who presided over the program. This year the NCBW ladies not only hosted another fun fashion show but they also honored five ladies from the Brevard County community because they have been making a difference. Many of you know or are aware of the accomplishments of these women.  Bettye Bryant, Dorothy Linson, Ollie Moton, Sandra Pelham and Clara Smith were recognized and awarded a very impressive plaque for their outstanding contributions and their dedication and commitment to their various community service activities. Each of these ladies in their own way has made a difference over the years in Brevard County.

The guest speaker for the afternoon was NCBW member and retired teacher Ethelyn Ross Rosier.  Ms. Rosier praised and lauded the accomplishments of women in history in her very dynamic speech; which she dedicated to this year’s honorees.

Chapter Chair, Alberta Wilson and committee members, Theresa Thomas, Program chair, Elouise Wilson, Fashion chair and Sharon Fletcher, Julia Harden and Wanda Young are to be congratulated for another successful NCBW Space Coast project                                                                                          .Jackie Brockington_Honoree Bettye Bryant_Alberta Wilson net (1) Honoree Sandra Pelham net  Honoree Clara Smith net Honoree Dorothy Linson 1net Honoree Ollie Moton net Hats net Hats (3) net Hats (2) net          Fashion Show model (2)netFashion show model net
