Participants spoke about their own mental health challenges, the importance of seeking support and self-care, and their work to end stigma. The conversation also highlighted efforts by the Biden-Harris Administration to prioritize mental health and diversify the nation’s behavioral health workforce.

Anyone who may be experiencing a mental health challenge should know that help is available and treatment works. Call 1-800-662-HELP (4357) or visit findtreatment.gov to learn more about mental health treatment options where you live.
